We offer FREE express delivery for online orders of $100 or more throughout New Zealand. A $9 shipping fee applies ($14 for rural deliveries) for orders under $100.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total is over the specified threshold. The threshold for free shipping is calculated after any promotions, discounts and/or vouchers are applied.

Most orders are received within 2 working days of the order being placed. We will advise you as soon as possible if there is a delay on an item you have ordered. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery if paying by Internet banking. Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days or can be delivered to the nearest Post Shop if more convenient.

A Same Day Delivery option is available for deliveries within Auckland. To use this service please select Same Day Delivery in the checkout. Same Day Delivery will only be available Monday - Friday for orders received by 12pm (excludes public holidays). Orders placed outside these hours with this option selected will be delivered on the next working day. A charge applies for this service.

Your track and trace number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. To track your order, have your track and trace number handy and either call CourierPost on 0800 COURIER or visit www.courierpost.co.nz. Please contact us by email, or by phone on +64 9 369 1624 if you have any questions or comments about your delivery or shipping options.

All orders require a signature on delivery and are shipped using CourierPost Signature Required track and trace courier packs. If there is no one to sign for the package when the courier driver calls, they will leave a card to call with details for redelivery.  A non-signature required option is also available on request, if you would prefer this service please stipulate this in the Notes field in Your Bag page. If your address has a pre-existing Authority to Leave request set up with CourierPost directly then any signature required option will be left as per the instructions on the Authority to Leave.

Shipping to Australia is available for $55 for most Metropolitan areas and takes 5-10 workings days. We will be in touch if your delivery address is outside of these zones.

Shop online and select Click & Collect on the product page or in the checkout and complete payment in our secure checkout. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please bring photo ID when collecting your order.

Click & Collect orders are processed Monday - Friday and are available for collection during store opening hours. Please see our Stores page for opening hours and locations.

Click & Collect orders are processed Monday - Friday. We expect orders to be ready within 2 hours if the item is already in stock at your selected store. Orders need to be placed by 2pm for same day collection.

Orders which require items from other stores will be ready for collection within 1-3 working days.

Please let us know if you would like to collect outside of these hours by advising your preferred date and time when requested after completing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Need it now? Same day collection is available for items that are in stock at your chosen pick up location, Monday - Friday.

Order before 2pm Monday - Friday, for same day confirmation or contact the store by phone for urgent requests after this time.

To make sure your return will be processed smoothly, please make sure your return meets the following criteria:

1. All items are to be returned in new/unworn condition, in their original packaging and within timeframes stated- within 14 days or refund of online purchases, within 30 days for exchange or return for gift certificate.
2. Unfortunately we are not able to accept items for return if they have been specially ordered, sized, engraved or altered.
3. Certain promotions may also mean an item is unable to be returned unless faulty - if this is the case it will be clearly stated with the item details during the promotion period.

All purchases can be returned in store or online via courier. Please ensure your return meets our Returns Policy and if you are returning an item online via courier, please complete a Returns/Exchanges form online so that your return can be processed as quickly and smoothly as possible. Yes, gift exchange cards are available with all in store and online purchases. Gifts can be exchanged or returned for a gift certificate within 30 days of purchase with a gift exchange card or proof of purchase.

Online orders can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase and returned for a gift certificate or exchange within 30 days. In store purchases and gifts can be returned for gift certificate or exchange within 30 days or purchase. Some Diamond Club Tiers enjoy an extended exchange/return period, please see our Diamond Club page for more information.

Sale items can be returned or exchanged if they meet our Returns Policy. Last Chance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (including ring size) so please choose carefully.

Unfortunately items that have been engraved, resized, special ordered or altered in anyway are unavailable for return or exchange.

Rings can be exchanged, resized or custom ordered in the correct size provided that the return of the original ring meets our Returns Policy. Please note, rings are to be returned in new/unworn condition (have not been resized or special ordered), in their original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. Please see our Ring Size Guide for information regarding specific ring sizes and sizing options available.

Redeem your ASB True Rewards or Westpac Hot Points for Walker & Hall gift vouchers through the ASB or Westpac websites. Gift vouchers can be used in store or online.

Yes, interest free finance is available with Q Card and Gem Visa in store and online.

Existing Q Cardholders can now use their Q Card to make purchases online at Walker & Hall with at least 3 months no payments and no interest* on every purchase.

Our Diamond Club offers you exclusive benefits including a $50 voucher for every $500 spent
on full priced items, a Birthday gift, free engraving, Annual Tier Announcement Gift, early access to promotions, double reward point days and more. For specific benefits for each tier, please see our Diamond Club page.

Diamond Club points are earned on all full priced items. $1 spent on full priced items = 1 Diamond Club point. When 500 points are reached a $50 Reward voucher is automatically generated.

Products which are discounted or tax free, purchases of gift vouchers, shipping or services do not earn reward points and will not count towards a reward voucher.

Diamond Club vouchers can be redeemed in store or online. To redeem your vouchers in store,
share your email address or Diamond Club number with a team member and they will verify and redeem your voucher for you. To redeem your vouchers online, please enter the voucher number into the Diamond Club/E-Voucher field in the checkout.

Tax free purchases must be for personal use or be a gift under NZD$700 value.

The purchaser must be the person travelling (the passenger) and the goods must be collected when DEPARTING New Zealand.

Please check the customs allowances of your destination to confirm any entry limitations or requirements. You may be charged GST on re-entry to New Zealand if the item is not for your personal use or if it is a gift over NZD$700.

Simply visit any Walker & Hall store or shop online. When your purchase value is $2300 (including GST) or over and is for personal use, you will be eligible for the tax free collection option. Let us know your international travel details and pay the tax-free price.

With confirmed payment and flight details we will provide you with your collection authorisation and arrange delivery of your jewellery to the Airport ready for you to collect once you have checked in.

Collections from Auckland International, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown Airports require a $300 service fee.

We require at least 5 working days to deliver your tax-free purchase to the airport so we recommend completing your purchase early. If your flight is within 5 working days’ please contact us and we will confirm availability of this service based on your specific order and flight details.

Tax free shopping is available at www.walkerandhall.co.nz for collection from Auckland International, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown Airports. Select the Airport Pick Up option in the checkout and choose an airport for collection when departing New Zealand.

Tax free purchases are not eligible for return. Online tax free purchases are excluded from our online change of mind refund policy.

You must be the legal owner of the jewellery and you will need to present valid photo identification in order to complete the sale. We are unable to purchase if the jewellery belongs to a friend or family member, or has been found.

In many cases, we can offer both trade in and cash purchase options so you can select the best outcome for you.
If you accept our trade in offer, we will set up your credit and you can shop in store immediately.
If you accept a cash purchase offer, we will transfer payment to you by bank transfer to your nominated bank account within 5 working days.

Trade in transactions must be legally completed in store by the jewellery owner however if you would like us to assess the suitability of your item for trade in, please submit the details in our Online Trade In Enquiry form at the bottom of our Trade Ins page and we will be in touch within 3 working days.

We do not always make an offer to buy or trade which is based on a number of factors. In particular, costume jewellery and jewellery made by Michael Hill Jeweller will not be considered for purchase.
