If you are based out of Auckland, or prefer the convenience of a virtual consultation, we are happy to assist you over the phone or via video call.
Showroom Consultations are available Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm. Virtual Consultations are available Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm.

Consultations are booked for 30 minutes but feel free to note in the booking form if you feel you would like a longer consultation and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Our dedicated team can help you with questions about specific products and provide recommendations and assist with queries regarding engagement and wedding band purchases, custom design, tax free shopping, insurance and after loss valuations and more. Please let us know in the booking form, if there's any specific products you would like to view or discuss.
Please note virtual consultations are not suitable for jewellery trade in or purchasing requests - please view our Jewellery Trade Ins page for more information regarding this service. -
To book a virtual consultation, click the Book Now button and you will be directed to our booking calendar. Choose your preferred date and time and enter your contact details. Once we have received your consultation request, a team member will be in touch to confirm your consultation and discuss your preferred contact method. We can assist you over the phone, via video call, zoom or other options that suit you.
