We require at least 5 working days’ notice to deliver your tax-free shopping to the airport.

Please present your collection authorisation together with your passport to the Collection Point, located after security and customs, up to 90 minutes before your flight.
You MUST collect your purchase before you DEPART New Zealand.
Tax free shopping is available for cruise ship passengers. Please visit us in store and our team can organise this service for you.
