We offer free express delivery of online orders of $100 or more throughout New Zealand. A $9 shipping fee ($14 for rural deliveries) applies to orders under $100.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. All orders are sent on an overnight courier service. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For all our orders, we use a Courier Post Signature Required track and trace courier packs. A non-signature required option is also available on request.

Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days.

Same Day Delivery is available for deliveries to specific Auckland postcodes. Available Monday - Friday for orders received by 12pm (excludes public holidays). A charge of $20 - $50 applies for this service.

Shipping to Australia is available and the shipping rate is calculated at the checkout.

Gold, Platinum and Sterling Silver - Rings can be resized or custom made in any ring size, please note a resizing charge may apply. Walker & Hall offer a complimentary ring fitting for rings from our signature 1899 Collection. Receive a professional fitting and we will arrange your ring to be resized or made specially in your perfect size, up to $400 value. The timeframe for resizing and custom made rings is usually 2-6 weeks depending on the ring style.

Titanium, Cobalt Chrome and Zirconium - Rings cannot be resized and where possible will be custom ordered.  Please contact us with your ring size and style to confirm availability of your required size.  The timeframe for custom made rings is 1-4 weeks depending on the ring style.

Last Chance rings are unable to be resized or reordered.

To keep your jewellery looking it's sparkling best, we recommend that you avoid wearing your jewellery during activities such as cooking, cleaning, gardening, swimming/showering and particularly sporting and gym activities.

Apply cosmetics and perfumes and allow them to dry before putting on your jewellery and avoid contact with chlorinated water and other chemicals.

To maintain the appearance of your jewellery and to reduce scratching, store items separately in sealed plastic bags, jewellery pouches or boxes.

White Gold - White gold is rhodium plated and will require ongoing maintenance.
