One basic engraving service is free for Diamond Club members when purchasing any item from the Engraving Collection. There is a $40 engraving charge for non Diamond Club members.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your personalised engraving service. Please get in touch with us before placing your order if you require an urgent engraving service.

Any item from our Engraving Collection can be engraved. Some pieces are better suited for a specific type of engraving than others, for example a signet ring has a small engraving area so engraved initials work well. The inside of a bangle has a larger engraving area allowing for a short phrase or date to be engraved. Fewer characters allows the engraving to be larger and clearer to read.

Basic engraving is up to 10 characters using the standard keyword characters e.g. ABC, 123, &, /, !, with a choice of four fonts - Times Roman, Helvetica Medium, Zapf Chancery Medium or Commercial Script. Alternatively select from one of our zodiac or symbol options.

Items that are personalised with engraving are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty. Please ensure you have the right size/fit before engraving.
