Christmas Delivery
We recommend placing your orders by the following dates for delivery/collection in time for Christmas -

Rural Delivery: Online orders placed by 11:59pm Sunday 15th December
Standard Delivery: Online orders placed by 11:59pm Tuesday 17th December
Click & Collect: Online orders placed by 11:59pm Thursday 19th December if the item is not in stock at your selected store.
Same Day Click & Collect: Available until 2pm Tuesday 24th December if the item is already in stock at your selected store.

We offer free express delivery of online orders of $100 or more throughout New Zealand. A $9 shipping fee ($14 for rural deliveries) applies to orders under $100.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. All orders are sent on an overnight courier service. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For all our orders, we use a Courier Post Signature Required track and trace courier packs. A non-signature required option is also available on request.

Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days.

Same Day Delivery is available for deliveries to specific Auckland postcodes. Available Monday - Friday for orders received by 12pm (excludes public holidays). A charge of $20 - $50 applies for this service.

Shipping to Australia is available for $55 to most metropolitan areas. We will be in touch if your delivery address is outside of these zones.

To keep your jewellery looking it's sparkling best, we recommend that you avoid wearing your jewellery during activities such as cooking, cleaning, gardening, swimming/showering and particularly sporting and gym activities.

Apply cosmetics and perfumes and allow them to dry before putting on your jewellery and avoid contact with chlorinated water and other chemicals.

To maintain the appearance of your jewellery and to reduce scratching, store items separately in sealed plastic bags, jewellery pouches or boxes.

Risk free online shopping - Online orders (excluding tax free) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days.

In store purchases and online orders can be returned for a gift certificate or exchanged within 30 days.
