Luckily, our team at Walker & Hall offer a rapid jewellery delivery service that allows you to receive your order within mere hours, without leaving the house.
Our convenient Same-Day jewellery delivery option is available for deliveries within the Central Auckland area. Same day contactless click and collect is also available at all of our stores throughout New Zealand.
How does our Same-Day Delivery work?
To receive your fine jewellery the day you order it, select the Same-Day Delivery service option on the checkout page. This service is only available from Monday to Friday for orders received between 9am and 2pm. However, if you select this option when placing an order outside these hours, your jewellery will be delivered rapidly on the next working day!
How much does Same Day delivery in Auckland cost?
A charge of $20 - $50 applies for jewellery ordered using the Same Day Delivery service option depending on the postcode. When you order online, select this service option on the checkout page, and the cost will be added to your order. From here, we quickly handle the delivery logistics; the whole process is simple, easy and affordable for you.
Are signatures required for Same Day Delivery?
We usually recommend having someone sign for the delivery, however if it is more convenient for our couriers to leave your order in a safe place, you can stipulate Authority to Leave instructions in the Notes section in your Cart.
Other fine jewellery shipping options from Walker & Hall
Express jewellery delivery
If you do not need your order within the day, you can instead select our Express Delivery option. This service is free for orders over $100 from our online jewellery shop, throughout the whole of New Zealand. A $9 fee ($14 for rural deliveries) applies for express shipping on orders below $100.
International jewellery delivery
Walker & Hall ships fine jewellery to Australia. This service is available for $55NZD for most Australian metropolitan areas and takes 5-10 working day. If your delivery address is outside of these zones, shipping is still available, but with a slightly longer time frame.
Most other orders within New Zealand are received within two working days, although rural areas may take between 2-5 days. We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any delays.
Click and Collect
Walker & Hall also offers a Click and Collect service. This allows you to pick up items from your local Walker & Hall stores (Lambton Quay, Auckland and Bayfair locations) within 1-3 days of ordering. Discover all you need to know about our contactless jewellery Click and Collect service.
