I had an incredible experience here with Triss and Rosa tonight. I was planning on getting a graduation gift but was running late due to something outside my control. When I called to ask if they had the ring in stock they offered to stay open another 5 minutes for me. I was so stoked! Thank you so much!! I would highly recommend this store. I recently came into the Wellington store on a couple of occasions to make purchases. Both times I was served by Triss and cannot speak highly enough of her. She was patient when I wanted to try on what felt like everything, and I never felt pressure to rush as closing time approached. Her sales style and bubbly personality are an asset to the business!
