The new 2025 Tiers have been confirmed and your new Tier has been emailed to you.

Make sure that you are subscribed with a valid email to receive the full rewards on offer. If you are currently receiving our weekly(ish) emails then you are all set. If you have an account with us but are not receiving our emails we recommend you check your junk and add us to your safe senders list, or contact us online@walkerandhall.co.nz so that we can check your subscription details.

Your total spend is calculated from completed purchases both in store and online from Walker & Hall, including services such as paid engraving and repairs, during the relevant period from 1st September until 31st August. Total spend does not include purchases of gift certificates or E-vouchers, or international Airport tax free service charges. Any returns you have made are deducted from your total spend. Purchases which are not yet completed like a layby or special order will not be counted until the transaction is paid in full and the item is picked up. 

The new 2025 Tiers have been confirmed and the reveal gifts have been sent via email. You must have a valid and subscribed email to receive the Tier reveal gift. 

Tier reveal gifts can be used both in store and online.

For in store use, please share your email address with the lovely team in store and they will locate your account to redeem it. Photo identification may be required.

For online redemption, please login to your Diamond Club account and the voucher should be visible in the account section. You will need to add a product to your cart and then click on the voucher in the cart page to redeem it.

If you are unable to see the voucher in your account when logged in, please reach out to us via Live chat or email us on online@walkerandhall.co.nz and our team will respond to your request as soon as possible. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 working days.

Tier reveal gifts are valid until 31st October 2025. We will email you with a reminder when your voucher is nearing expiry.

And yes, you are able to redeem multiple vouchers together from your one account. This includes Tier reveal gifts, reward vouchers and birthday vouchers.

Nearly! Tier reveal gift vouchers can be used to purchase any product from Walker & Hall which is available online or in store. Tier reveal vouchers cannot be redeemed for existing transactions such as laybys, or for services such as repairs, cash, store credit or gift vouchers. 

No, you can use your voucher for any purchase value, however if your purchase is less than the voucher value the balance will be forfeited so it is best to use your full voucher value at once. 

If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher the voucher may be voided to correct your points balance. 

If your birthday is in September, your 2025 birthday voucher is based on your previous tier level. This is because birthday vouchers were sent out on 1st September, before the new loyalty tiers were calculated and revealed.

The previous tier year ran from 1st September 2023 – 31st August 2024. Your September 2025 birthday voucher was sent based on this previous tier.

Your new tier level is calculated from your total spend between 1st September 2024 – 31st August 2025. You will receive your new tier birthday voucher in September 2026.

Our Diamond Club offers you exclusive benefits including a $50 voucher for every $500 spent on full priced items, a Birthday gift, free engraving, Annual Tier Announcement Gift, early access to promotions, double reward point days and more. For specific benefits for each tier, please see the tier information below.

Diamond Club points are earned on all full priced items. $1 spent on full priced items = 1 Diamond Club point. When 500 points are reached a $50 Reward voucher is automatically generated.

Products which are discounted or tax free, purchases of gift vouchers, shipping or services do not earn reward points and will not count towards a reward voucher.

Diamond Club vouchers can be redeemed in store or online. To redeem your vouchers in store, share your email address or Diamond Club number with a team member and they will verify and redeem your voucher for you. To redeem your vouchers online, please enter the voucher number into the Diamond Club/E-Voucher field in the checkout.

The Diamond Club is made up of seven tiers - Nova, Panorama, Coronado, Phoenix, Monarch, Blossom and Jubilee.

Tier levels are assessed based on your total spend with us over the 12 months from 1st September to the 31st of August. We assess Tier levels once a year and it takes some time to confirm the new levels and apply the benefits. As soon as they are ready, we will announce your new Tier and rewards in September. Your new Tier comes along with its first benefit - the Tier Announcement Gift which is sent by email – so make sure your email is valid and subscribed to receive this gift!
